At present we employ 10 members of staff, they are highly qualified, with a wide range of qualifications and experience in childcare. Two staff members are currently doing an apprenticeship with us aiming to gain a higher Childcare and Early Years Educator qualification.

As well as gaining childcare qualifications, our staff  take part in further training to help them to keep up-to-date like one employee is training to gain their NCFE CACHE Level 4 Award in Promoting Health and Well-being through Physical Activity and Nutrition Co-ordination in the Early Years.

Healthy Workplace Awards!

We are very proud to inform you that we received our Healthy Workplace Silver Business Award!! This will go along side our Healthy Under 5’s award. We also have been awarded the Working Well Award from dutchy health in recognition of how we support our staffs mental health and well being. We at Perranporth Pre-School value our staff and want them to get the most from working here as well as you our families. Well done to all the staff keep up all the amazing things you do.
